Though some users might find that it has fewer advanced features than smart clocks, this clock's sleek and minimalist design makes it a useful addition to any space.

For a digital clock to be viable these days it needs to run off the USB C standard, and support the full standard, not require Type A to Type C. This goes one further than that problem and uses Type A to a DC barrel plug which is pointless.The other quirks like requiring 3 AAA batteries for time backup are not great, as it should have an internal battery, and the date display is weirdly arranged with days of the week to the left of the time, and month and day below it, the wrong way around. Month comes after Day not vice versa.It's a shame because the display is big enough and it's hard to find bigger displays especially at a reasonable price. But this is clearly for the wrong market, which is to say the USA, hence the date being displayed incorrectly.

Price when ordered: £ 16.99.This clock is supplied with a custom USB cable and a multi-language large format instruction leaflet. First impressions are that this is a very stylish looking digital alarm clock that does so much more.The clock measures approx. 158mm X 98mm X 35mm (26mm without the removable Stand legs). It weighs approx. 151g without batteries fitted.A wall charger isn’t supplied for the USB cable the clock is powered by. The cable can be a little fiddly to connect to the back of the clock. The clock takes 3 AAA batteries as a backup to retain the time, date, and alarm data in the event of a power cut.Setting up the clock for first time was easy, and I managed to do it by trial and error without referring to the instructions. If you set up the clock before moving it to another room, don’t forget to put some batteries in before unplugging the USB lead. There are 2 removable feet if you want to wall mount the clock.As well as the usual time, date, and snooze, this clock also shows the day of the week, has 2 alarms, and a count up / count down timer. The brightness of the display can be adjusted through 4 different levels and off. The display also automatically dims according to how light the room is and dimming in a darkened room. However, it is still a little bright in a bedroom although it doesn’t bother me.I like the large, easy to see display, that the temperature is changeable between °C and °F, and having 2 alarms is useful.This is a nice clock and I’m happy to recommend it.
