Tiny but super convenience with multi purpose
This is a great electric shaver for veggies. I have enjoyed using it will all the veggies I could shred. I like the difference blades they came with. It saves so much time compare to chopping it myself. Even though it is small but it is really compact and work so well. I like that it does not take much space in my cabinets. Each of the blades does exactly like the picture. It stain resistant, so I can wipe and clean in moments. I just need to base wipes clean, everything else is dishwasher safe, too. We love to eat salads in my family and we basically use it everyday since we got it. It slice or shred vegetables, fruits, and cheese for delicious salads, soups, tacos, pizzas, desserts, and much more. It is also BPA free, so I can be confident that I am receiving a safe and high quality appliance. I have food processors, but it a little hard to use and bulky, so with this lightweight and compact salad shooter fits easily on my counter top or my kitchen area. My kids love to help me to make salad, and I am happy that it is so easy to use with one button operation of 150W powerful motor makes my food preparation fast and efficient. I can even chops nuts, grates chocolate, makes bread and cracker crumbs. It comes with four multi purpose interchangeable stainless steel cones, instantly slice, chop, grate and shred, for making regular slices, thick slices, ripple cuts, and shreds plus a handy funnel guide. It is really a high quality product for such a great price. I am planning to purchase some for gifts as well.

Well made solid product
Pros: Well made, clean design, 150W motor more than adequate for the job, couldn't even slow it down by applying pressure with a finger to the turning rim.Cons: I don't like the push button power switch. This forces you to do everything with one free hand, which is clumsy. You really want two hands available, one to press down into the grater, the other to hold the rim. I may have to fudge my way around this by using a piece of adhesive tape with a wine cork over it to keep it turned on.Possibly all the other competing products work this way too, but my old Moulinex had a toggle switch, and most blenders and food processors have a switch mechanism that allows both hands to be available for work or to steady the chassis. However, it's a really nice design, inexpensive, and certainly well made. Nothing cheap about it. I didn't like any of the competition as much, and many are 80W, and that IS under-powered. I'll figure it out.One note though. Who the heck is Homdox, the manufacturer? The instructions don't list an address, website, phone number, nothing. There isn't a even parts list, and even if there were, there's nobody to contact. Plastic parts do break sometimes you know, and they say to contact the manufacturer if the plug needs replacing. Good luck. If you go on the internet you'll see many products of theirs and they even have a website. Guess what? Their website is as obfuscated and secretive as their shipped product. The bottom of the unit says "made in China" and that's all you'll know. This has got to be illegal, selling an electrical product anonymously in the USA. It is UTL tested and presumably when it rips your hands off your lawyer can find out there. However, buy it. It's a good product.

Does the job
I initially purchased this electric grater primarily for cheese and vegetables, but I was pleasantly surprised by its versatility. I recently tried using it to grind some soap, and it performed excellently! The multiple attachments made the process easy and efficient. Not only did it save me time, but it also ensured consistent results. I appreciate the sturdy build and the ease of cleaning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a versatile kitchen tool!

Works great
Bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas. She took it home and has been using this almost everyday. She said it's easy to change the cone blades. So, from my granddaughter she said it's worth the money. Oh yes, she loves the safety features also.

Cheap, Weak and Useless
I primarily bought this product to grate cheese but the first time I used it was to chop vegetables for home made chicken soup. The motor started smoking (yes, SMOKING) before I even finished the carrots. It is very weak, SLOW and does not chop well AT ALL. Forget trying to chop celery. Everything just jams. By the time I got to the onion it wouldn’t work at all. Between clearing the jammed blades after every piece it would’ve just been easier to chop everything by hand in the first place. When I went to grate the Romano cheese it did okay but was still incredibly weak and slow. They have no business stating this product chops vegetables. None.

Bought this and was wonderfully surprised
This shredder is absolutely fantastic. I thought it would be problematic and I would have to return it. The shredder is simple to put together, easy to use and clean but also works better than you would expect it to given how much time I spend returning dysfunctional Amazon products. I would definitely buy again.

Don't waste your money.
After only using this a few times over the last couple of months the blade housing snapped and we can no longer use this item. Before that it was just okay at best. Cheeses barely would shred without having to apply what felt like too firm of pressure compared to our previous manual shredder. Very disappointed.
