Huge changes
I noticed a huge difference in how my body burned calories when I added this particular fiber. It’s all I’ve changed so will keep it going.

Includes Beta Glucans!
This form of fiber supplementation includes Beta Glucans which are reportedly much better for heart & health. In powder form that doesn’t gel like or as much as psyllium. Has minor taste of oats which isn’t unpleasant. I chose to simply add together with my psyllium to boost the effectiveness.

A workable alternative to psyllium
I’ve been taking psyllium for years, so this oat fiber represents a change of pace. It’s from one of those Utah supplement companies. The particular one that manufactured this product has apparently been around for over 50 years, so they’re probably doing something right. For promoting what we euphemistically call “GI tract health and regularity”, I’m happy to report that I’ve found little to no functional difference between oat fiber and psyllium. I also didn’t notice any adjustment period when switching between fiber types, but I’m quite used to supplemental fiber in my diet at this point.Judging from the unit I received, oat fiber seems slightly less soluble than PHGG or methylcellulose soluble fibers I’ve tried in the past. I’m not firm on those conclusions, since there might be some variation between batches, but it’s definitely more soluble than psyllium. I’ve been dissolving this into workout shakes, and there’s a minor difference in mouthfeel and taste.I’d be remiss not to mention that psyllium is still the most popular form of fiber in fiber supplements and usually comes with a significant price advantage. However, as of the time of review in early March 2025, manufacturer discounts make this oat fiber only around 50% more than psyllium. Considering that it contains beta-glucans for heart health (in fact, the manufacturer wants to emphasize that point so much that they standardized the entire product around beta-glucan content), that’s actually a reasonable markup. If you’re looking for a workable alternative to psyllium, you may have just found it.

Works Great to Regulate Your Digestion!
This powder is 100% natural and works great to help my digestive system keep things flowing smoothly and evenly. I love that it provides mainly fiber with a little protein and some beta glucans (helps with heart health) in 1 easy-to-take scoop. The jar includes a scoop and I just add one to my drink in the morning and am set for the day. The powder dissolves pretty easily in cool/room temperature water. I use it in a shaker bottle and have not had any issues. I cannot taste the powder at all when I mix it with my regular water flavoring in a 32oz bottle. It is unflavored and blends well in a protein or juice smoothie. Each jar is about 30 scoops so it will last you for a month. It is a little pricey based on that, but it works so well that I will definitely be back for more! If you are having digestive issues or constipation, this oat powder is a natural way to help your system get back to normal.

Easy fiber boost
This is an easy way to get more healthy oat fiber. It can go into any food or beverage with neutral taste and smell. It has a slight oat taste but it is not noticeable in combination with other flavors. It has standardized beta glucans, which are helpful to heart health. I was very disappointed to see the prop 65 warning on the container. I did not see it on the amazon description page, which is the reason for only 3 stars. It warns of reproductive harm (why would oats cause reproductive harm?). I am past that age so maybe its ok (is it?) . Not sure what to do with that.

Seems good, but a bit rough to drink
Seems like a quality product, from a brand I trust far more than some of the questionable ones that tend to pop up online.I drink this mixed with water, nothing else. It doesn't have a whole lot of flavor but it can feel a touch "sandy" going down. I recommend letting it soak for a few minutes before drinking. Other than that, no complaints!

Great fiber supplement
This product offers a pleasant way to get fiber. And it actually tastes good. Much better than other products I've tried that come in a powder form.I use other Solaray products and have found them all to be extremely high quality. This one is equally good. The container shows "Product of Sweden" on the bottom. It seems to work well. Recommended.

Quality Oat Fiber
I have digestive issues and am always looking for the best fiber that works for me. Oat fiber doesn’t work best for everyone, especially if you have SIBO or other issues with the dysbiosis as they feed off of insoluble fiber. I had a hard time finding a drink to mix this week as the texture is a bit gritty. I mixed it with yogurt or oatmeal instead and it worked much better. I felt positive effects from it after the first 2 days. I feel the current price ($25) is a fair price considering the name brand and quality. However, it is a very small container of it. Overall, this is quality oat fiber and worth trying.
