Very low quality item and no specifics match Amazon Description and no return/replacement available.Battery Life is about 3-4 MinutesIf drone was lifted up communication between drone and remote will lost and drone should immediately lower its height and land on ground. This function is not avaliable and drone will fly like a kite and we cannot retrieve it back. My drone was goneDo not buy this product

Bought drone for the first time. Works well. There's a manual in the box. Use it . There are no batteries provided. You have to buy 3 AA batteries and make it work.Rest everything is provided.
