Our old chandelier was so elaborate and very difficult to keep clean. This chandelier is such a simple design and look fantastic. We chose these Edison bulbs ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CSY8P5PZ?th=1 ) over the ones that look like candles because we wanted it to look a little more modern.Installation:It's A LOT of work! Each arm on the chandelier has to be attached to the hub. To do that, you will need to thread 7 nuts in extremely tight conditions and without being able to see what you're working on.Then, you will need to tighten it with a wrench that hurts to use and barely fits in the space.After that, you'll need to somehow hold the chandelier in the air while you connect the electrical. My advice is to figure out in advance how you're going to support the chandelier during this step. Also, the only thing holding up the chanelier are two nut caps on the outside of the electrical cover. There is nothing inside that electrical cover that holds the chandelier to the ceiling.But now that it's completely put together and installed, I'm happy I did it because it looks so great in our dining room. But it took me about 3 hours to install.NOTES:My ceilings are 10 feet tall and we had 2 feet of downrods left over and the chandelier hangs about 5 feet from the floor.

It’s a wonderful simple elegant chandelier. No frills no heavy assembly. Just a quick get the job done light for the living room. The paint is strong and doesn’t seem to chip with minor bumps and scratches. The cords are all well,insulated and the hanging abilities are diverse. For the money paid it’s a great score to get the job done quickly and without hassle

PROS: the chandelier, though the design is simple, does look really cool. It's a good size... I'd say a bit above medium sized once it's all put together. I love the simplicity of the design because it matches with a lot.Also I chose it because I can hang stuff from it to decorate. So far the metal it's made from is reasonably sturdy, so I can drink fabrics and ornaments for the holidays.CONS: I didn't expect to have to put together so many pieces. It had good instructions, but it was more tedious than I thought it would be. That's my only complaint.NOTE: I plugged it in and it worked perfectly. But I have not been able to hang it due to construction my home, so I will update later.

There is no denying that this is a low quality product. The item requires a decent amount of assembly but can be done rather quickly. The light looks great and I am very pleased with it.

There is some minor assembly required but at least it comes all wires up. This thing is too big to ship assembled so the arms need to be attached to the center hub with a nut.The meatal bar tail under each light needs to be screwed on. Overall not really that hard.It comes with a bunch of down rods so you can customize the height to what ever you want. The instructions are decent and easy to follow.I am still in the middle of renovations on my farm house so I am about a couple of months away from install of this but can't wait to see this over the 150 year old dining room table we have! Love the look of this and it really is a good price for what you get.
