The best way to invest I’ve ever used it’s great stable. You can change the different weights or you can start at a low weight move up as you get stronger. I’ve actually told other people about this vest and they have purchased the same vest five of my friends, and I will continue to push the vest on other athletes

Really like this vestIt’s super easy to put on and take off.Well made and it stays put.I’m 5’2” and light weight. I put padding at the shoulders for extra comfort since I wear it for extended periods of time.Otherwise very comfortable - much more than I was expecting
