I bought it one month back . But it stopped working in less than 20 days . Complaint making is tough and useless . It takes more than 15 min to get reply and fake assurance of solving soon and daily same thing they do. Please dont buy such product which don't offer service at all it has five year warranty but not worth for one month

Totally satisfied with the product..Its definitely the most affordable lithium battery available in India as of now .Good technical support and service.Really deserve an applause ..just go for it🔥

Value for money

Product came 1 day late. Packing was good. The battery when connected with solar system found to be charging but display not functional. I could only find it charging through my inverter but state of soc was only guess work. When return process was initiated with photographs and description the company response was NA (I don't know full farm of that). The customer care not responsive. No care for customer and addressing Grivaences. Hope less company. You are lucky if you get working product. Don't buy.
