Poor customer service
Item arrived very well packaged and undamaged.All parts bagged in numbered bags consistent with the build programme.An important notice in the manuals says that all batteries and motors must be tested before commencing the build. In order to do this, an APP must be downloaded, this was done but after numerous attempts on Bluetooth it not possible to connect neither IPhone or two IPads. The APP says device not found.Contacted the seller twice but so far no response so intend returning the item for refund.
