Bass and Treble controls make a slight difference
Good build quality, look nice, and quite loud. I bought these to attach to the line-out from a MIDI keyboard whose speakers no longer work properly. But I have to crank up the volume to the max. to replicate the old onboard speakers. While it's nice to have Bass and Treble controls, they only make a slight difference. I'm still pleased, however, that I got these speakers. Good value for the price.

£40 is £40… what can you expect
get what you pay for i suppose, sound is muddy and lacks clarity. the equaliser doesn’t help much and the grills are glued on so you cannot take them off very easily… like i say for £40 you can’t expect hifi audio but it is what it is and i have to say i am disappointed.

Great Bookshelf Speakers
Really good set of speakers for the size, these little speakers though. Bought them to see if my system still worked and didn't want to spend too much. Think they will do just fine to listen to my old vinyl. Great fun and great value!
