Never had one. Always wanted one!
This seems like a good quality product... nice weight to it, good quality. It comes with a couple different blades plus a curved one for making really neat shapes. It heats up pretty fast and it does get HOT so be careful. The only negative for me is that it is a bit of a pain to change the blades and you might want to wait until it cools down so you don't damage objects nearby... including burning down your home. :). I wish they could have some type of quick release rather than having to screw bolts in and out. Otherwise, good solid product for all your foam cutting needs!

Game Changer!
All you gotta do is throw the hot knife on and plug it in and it's ready to cut! I used it on cutting some insulation panels for my house this winter. And dang makes it so easy cause the foam I have you can't snap nicely and I have some weird shapes and this worked a charm! Definitely get it if you have a size able amount of foam to cut because this saved me a ton of time
