EukanubaAdult Lamb 1st Ingredient Dry Dog Food, 30 lb

I purchased this because my GSD developed an allergy with symptoms that came and went. The cause, of allergies, is hard to isolate, however, w/the unusual snow we had we were able to rule out pollens etc so food was next. I purchased this and he ate it straight away, almost like it was a bowl full of treats, I’d say he liked the flavor very much. We cut all treats, and the meats I used to add to his old food (plain cooked chicken& Beef). His skin had no new issues. I was told some GSD just have skin issues. He itched a little then developed a few small bumps that opened. These were cured with Benydryl, antibiotics, antibiotic cream & a bath. This situation occurred several times before I changed his diet. It’s been 2mths, snow is gone and I’m keeping my fingers crossed. Apparently if those bumps aren’t found right away more develop and they can even lose hair as the infection grows larger. I can’t imagine not addressing this when there is only two or three pimple sized bumps. Another thing I bought that helped, when he seemed abnormally itchy without anything visible, was the spray Curaseb. The spray does work. I bought it here. I spray a little and work it onto the skin which is hard to get to with a GSD coat. Anyhoo, hope this helps. The food seems to be a very good product, and yes my guy was spoiled with 1/4# of meat 2x a day + dry food. His liking this dry food plain was & is a big deal to me.

My dog is a certified service dog and registered therapy dog and has won many awards including AKC Canine Good Citizen. Ironically he had to transfer handlers and become MY personal service dog when I had my hemorrhagic stroke and now I have brain cancer with seizures. Anyway, he is 9 years old and he seemed bored with his old food "Blue Wilderness". He just didn't seem to enjoy eating it anymore...he's a rescue so we don't know his breed mix? His vet believes Great Dane/Golden Retriever and something gives him curly afro areas after his baths (???) and he weighs 151lbs HEALTHY pure muscle!!! HE ABSOLUTELY LOVES THIS FOOD!!!!!!! We just opened the bag and he doesn't beg, doesn't steal food, but the smell must have overwhelmed him because he stuck his head RIGHT INTO THE BAG AND DIDN'T WANT TO WAIT FOR ME TO FILL HIS BOWL!!!!!!! SO YEP...Jackson found his new favorite food!!!!! And I don't mind if it cost a few extra dollars per pound bag...it's all about my "soul pet" who is keeping me alive and safe living independently! This is a little on the pricey side, but that's because they use quality ingredients. My dogs love this and I can rest easy knowing they're getting the nutrition they need without all the added "junk."

My dog likes it. The shape is a good small size.I have to mix it with low sodium chicken broth so my dog can eat it

Our dogs thrive on this food. I love the small size of kibble.

WHILE watching people buy cheap food for their fur babies and see the chronic vet visits and bills whilst my dog's stay healthy, hardy and strong. I KNEW it was the ONLY dog food good enough for my babies!!!!!!!!

It is not what I like, but what my Yellow Lab Trump likes. He is a very active dog and I feed him twice a day. He finishes his food in no time. That is an indication that he likes what he eats. He is healthy, active and his coat is shiny. Beside the excellent care he gets I give credit to his food also.Verra Morgan
