Never missing pills
My 89 year old mom will forget to take her medicine. Sometimes she will take her medicine two times thinking she didn’t take her medicine. This pill dispenser is game changer. It remind my mom that it is time to take her medicine. Gives me peace of mind.

Battery issues
Love it. Worked as described but went through batteries every two weeks. Then stopped sensing the batteries at all. After calling the LiveFine customer help line (they were great!) they are sending me a replacement. Crossing my fingers! I strongly suggest anyone who has problems call help number. That is the only way they will know there are problems!

Deeply disappointed
I bought this item 32 days ago, but only started using it for my son in the last week. I have bought various models from the same seller in the past and decided to try the most expensive model. I am deeply disappointed. It only works when plugged in (I have replaced batteries twice). It dies within minutes of being unplugged. I can't even return it because the policy is 30 days, and I bought it 32 days ago. This product is faulty or poorly designed. The voice commands are interesting, but I wish this product would actually just work as intended.

Great product, wish I knew about it sooner.
This has been wonderful solution to a huge problem of proper medication timing and dosages. Easy setup and use. We went with the clear lids so that my loved one could tell me and see how many days were left. We also went with 2 so that the am and pm meds could be safely dispensed and refills are only needed every 26 days (I personally do that as a just in case measure so they don't go without) We also timed the alarms to his cell phone so he would know when to take the medications even when not in earshot of the dispenser.

App is the best way to go
Setting up the schedule manually is too much work and the app is the way to go… where have you been all my caregiver life I love this as I get notified of alarm and IF/when meds have been taken. I can’t stop talking about this -no more taking meds at wrong time.
