I got these magnesium supplements hoping they would help me sleep. I am plagued with the worst restless legs ever and it’s extremely unpleasant when trying to relax at night. I heard that magnesium can help with RLS, so I decided to give it a try. This is my second night taking them and I feel like I’m sleeping more soundly, even if it hasn’t 100% cured my RLS. I’ll keep taking them and see if continuity helps with my legs, but so far I’m not unhappy with the product. They’re cute, smell good, and taste just like apple!

No need for pickle juice
My husband purchased this looking for leg cramp relief. He’s been taking them for two weeks now and has not experienced the rude awakening during the night looking for pickle juice for immediate relief.
