Really worked for my knee pain within 30 mins.I put one on my grandson's knee after he played rugby and he said it took pain away.Also my son-in-law said it definitely helped with the muscle pains behind his knee.I will absolutely buy more.

Good quality patches stick well to the kneecap was very surprised how good they worked. Thought it might be a bit of a gimmick but no. Definitely made a big difference when laying in bed trying to sleep. No more fidgeting. Let’s at night. And worked well when walking in the daytime.
