Global two piece carving knife set with curved fork
this set is more than adequate. the knife blade is sharp and steady, and the fork does it's job.

Great knife, terrible carving fork
I bought this for Thanksgiving to carve a turkey, and did not realize from the pictures or product description that this was a curved carving fork. It made for a very painful and difficult carving. The curvature of the fork, and the grip on the handle are set up more for left handed people. Buy the knife separately and get a different carving fork.
