Good but could be better
For the low price, this is a decent,choice in probiotics, but next time I am trying a different one. I was on a little more expensive one that I think helped with digestion a little more. I never got gas with the other one. Sometimes you do with this one it does not keep you as regular as some. I think it’s just kind of OK next time I have another one picked out to try.

Great source of a variety of probiotics
I wanted to try a probiotic that is more of a blend, with some additional ingredients to optimize the overall effect. This seemed to fit the bill.The package was nicely produced and well sealed. I appreciated that the capsules are small, round and easy to swallow. Very little taste or odor due to being sealed capsules.As with many supplements, the effects can be somewhat subjective, but I've noticed a reduction of bloating and more regularity since starting these.

Effective probiotics
These are probiotics are easy to swallow and come in small white capsules. I got them specifically for gut health and for the most part have seen a reduction in bloating and stomach unease.

I like that this is a probiotic for women. It has a vaginal probiotic blend, probiotic fiber blend, feminine health blend, digestive enzyme blend and immune support blend, all in one capsule. This makes it very convenient and a good product. The dose is 2 capsules per day with 90 capsules total being in the bottle, which will last 45 days.
