I'm very happy with these. I was looking for something half way between a rigid tin tray and baking paper/those reusable, cut to size sheets, and these came up.As promised they're oven proof, flexible, and keep their shape. They're thin enough to use as an easy-clean baking paper alternative on top of a tin tray, but thick enough to use directly on an oven shelf (although probably not for multiple light bakes like macaroons; they deform a little when hot).I've now used them for buns and leaves and they've done me proud, including surviving the dishwasher. No more baking paper for me.
