I agree these are the best value resin bonded stones available.
Assuming one knows how to care for and dress resin bonded diamond stones, these are a killer deal. Resin bonded diamond 1x6 stones cost $65 - 85 + tax each. These are less than $11 each including tax and shipping. And come with a storage case. I sharpened three pocket knives that consist of 8CR13MOV, S30V and S90V. All three sharpened on a fixed system that can compensate for stone height. 17 degrees exclusive. Used soapy (Dawn dish soap) water for lubricant. Used a TSPROF Electroplated F150 diamond plate to profile, then 200, 400, 800, 1200 and 6000 as a finishing stone. Then 10 passes on each side of 1 micron and then the same with .25 micron diamond emulsion on Basswood strops. Here is a few points to note:* I did find that I had to dress and flatten the stones when I first got them. This is typical with resin bonded diamond stones. I used silicon carbide but you can use the included dressing stone, it was flat.* I needed to dress the edges of most of the stones. The edges were a bit rough. Used the included dressing stone to dress the edges.* For profiling I would suggest a lower grit like 120-150 diamond plate. I found the 200 grit to be more like a 400 grit JIS, 400 grit to be more like 600 grit JIS, 800 to be like 1000 - 1200 JIS, 1200 grit to be like 1500 JIS. I did not use the 3000 and used the 6000 as a finishing stone.* Will need water or soapy water lubrication, they will load up. Magic Eraser works well under water to clean the stones without wear on the stones.* No dishing I can detect after sharpening three knives.* Will produce very nice refined and thinner apexes compared to diamond plates. Produced razer edges on each of the above mentioned steels. Very impressive edges.* Base plate is made from black colored aluminum.* Cut or scratch pattern is very consistent. Each grit progression was fast, these stones do cut well.* Much easier to de-burr (on all three steels mentioned) than diamond plates.* Using the stones feel more like using water stones.* These stones were just recently made available to the marketplace. You can contact Ruixin Pro directly from their USA website. I had many questions and they answered every time very quickly. Great customer service. In summary I like these stones. I liked the performance enough that I purchased a second set to have as a spare set. Would highly recommend.

Best resin bonded stone value out there!!!
Ruixin Resin bonded diamond stones usage reveiw. THESE STONES ROCK!!!Yesterday I sharpened a knife with the Ruxin resin bonded diamond stone set. I started with the 200 grit wet. It was fast cutting with excellent results. The 400 cleaned up the 200 quickly with excellent bur refinement. The 800 left the edge freaishly sharp. It would cut through an amazon delivery bag like butter. I would say for most meat cutting knives. This would be a good spot to stop for a slightly toothy but refined edge. Graduating through tge 1200, and 3000, I was left with mirror finish. The 6000. Added a bit more luster to the edge, but was not nessessary if one wished to stop at 3000. I did finish with a strop loaded with 10,000 Grit paste. The knife was/is razor sharp. It sliced through a paper towel folded eight times. It also shaved a carrot producing paper thin strips. The stone behaved almost identical to my Venev resin bonded diamonds. I think this set is really good. Anyone that chooses to snub them, obviously has more money than common sense. I would recommend everyone buy them if you disagree with my findings.Send them back on Amazon.$62.00 per set.Plates are solid aluminum. The usable stone material is a 1.56mm.That's $10.33 per stone. My Venev Stones are 3.45mm at $65 per stone. Only oddity I can see is the stone surface is set in a .25mm reccess on the plats. This means the Stones are closer to 1.75mm thick. I'll do a full knife sharpening and follow up with the results, but based on all the stones I own just looking at these, they look to be very legit.RUIXIN PRO 6PCS Diamond Sharpening Stones, #200#400#800#1200#3000#6000 Grit for RUIXIN PRO RX-008 RX-009 Knife Sharpening Fixed-Angle Kit, Professional Whetstone Kit for Kitchen Outdoor https://a.co/d/5wdNpaf

EXCESSIVE GRIT CONTAMINATION
The 3000 and 6000 grit started leaving deap scratches in edge.. tried dressing them with dressing stone that came with them but that only seemed to expose more grit contamination.. looking at stones under bright light I could see huge diamond chunks in various areas in stones so stones are completely useless.

Good Stones Bad Quality Control
The backing plates and labeling of the stones are very nice. The stones seemed to be of good quality, other than the chips and nicks on them. Especially the breakout underneath one of the stones. I contacted Amazon and they have another set on the way. I will repost about the quality when the new set arrives.

Incredible value for price of the stones.
Yes, as others have pointed out, there is some grit contamination. HOWEVER, we are talking about a set of resin-bonded diamond stones for under $70. Can I see micro-scratches in the mirror polish these put on my blades? Yeah... The fact that I can achieve a mirror polish with an incredible cutting edge on these stones is AWESOME for the price. Paired with the Xarilk Gen 3 guided sharpener, I don't think there's a better value combination for guided sharpening systems.Run the stones damp, make sure to compensate for stone thickness variation (these are remarkably uniform), break them in on cheap knives (I used my kitchen knives), and keep light on pressure. I'm stoked with my initial results.

Impressed how these stones performed.
Extremely impressed how these stones performed. Like stated in one of the previous reviews, I needed to dress several of the stones before use. Test knife (14C28n) was sharpened on a fixed angle system at a15 degree angle, removing the burr with each new stone grit before sharpening. Removed material easily with good feedback. Used soapy water as lubricant. Knife was finished on a leather strop with 2 micron (14,000 grit) compound. Edge is hair whittling sharp and will cleanly perform S cuts through paper towel.

Awesome value
Really wanted to check these out. I was looking at the alternatives which were extremely expensive. Saw these...had to have them. I've now used them on about 6 sharpenings...they are awesome and priced right. Grits seem fairly accurate well distributed throughout the stones. Over all great value.
