Everything about this product is amazing! The packaging was very high quality and I knew I would feel the same way about the product. The gold color gives a luxurious feel to the sink that I was looking for. The Filterbaby support team was super helpful in ensuring I had the right adaptor to fit on my sink. Once I received that piece I had no problem during the installation process. Since using this product I have noticed a huge difference in my skin. I normally have dry skin during the winter season, but this has helped keep both my face and hands feeling refreshed. The functionality and ease of use make me want to buy one for every sink in my house!

Installation is straightforward, with clear instructions and a handy QR code for alternative guidance.That said, a few extra DIY tips would improve the process—like covering the sink to prevent scratches, using tape to protect the faucet, and retaining adapters for future use. Small details, like wiping out threads and removing old washers, ensure a perfect fit. While Teflon tape is optional, the included silicone washer creates a solid seal.A thoughtful design touch: you can position the filter to the side or in front of the faucet. Front placement makes filter changes easier, while a side position frees up sink space. After several uses, I’m highly impressed—just a few tweaks to the instructions would make this flawless!

Absolutely love this product! It is such good quality and came in such pretty packaging. The directions for setting up were extremely detailed and I had no problems getting it on my sink at all! It makes my bathroom look more chic with the gold detailing. I have noticed such a dramatic difference in my skin because the water quality is so much better. I live in state college so the water isn’t always the best and this has helped me so much with my skin. I have noticed less acne and brighter skin.

Based on the premium tag number, I expected this to be durable. It is made entirely of plastic. With that being said, I am enjoying the results. It was easy to install and was up and running within 15 to 20 minutes. The kit includes tons of adapter sizes to meet various faucet types. It is super lightweight due to its construction. My concern is that it will not last. The water comes out clear and has made a difference in my skin. Overall happy with the results just wish the construction was better quality.

I’m so excited about this purchase! The Filterbaby 2.0 was easy to install-it comes with detailed instructions, plus a QR code that takes you to a tutorial on how to set it up! The gold color is beautiful, and of course the best part is being able to wash my face with filtered water…especially since tap water can dry out my skin. It also has the option to switch back to tap, which is nice.

You have the choice to use either the filtered water or tap water and both settings water pressure is amazing.It was fairly easy to install. I did struggle for a bit but after a few tries of screwing in and unscrewing the arator and actual filter I got it to work!
