Q: What is the range of this meter?

Range! Are you kidding me, it stuck at 7 ph ALL the time, this product series malfunction problems, do not buy it

Q: Is this tester for lawns as well as gardens

That tester didn't work for me and I tried several times in different locations before and after watering

Q: Can i use this in coco?

No. This is s piece of junk that won’t work. A waste of money. Do yourself a favor and spend the money to buy a quality instrument.

Q: Why should i use distilled water and not the same water i use to water my plants?

You are trying to measure the pH of your soil and the distilled water will have a pH of 7.0 - neutral, neither acidic or basic. If you test with the water you use to water with - it will have its own pH (and you don't know what that is) and it can change the reading.

Utterly useless

I live on deep acid peat, pH typically 4.5-5.5, occasionally 6.0. Acid loving plants thrive while alkaline loving plants really struggle.But according to this meter, my soil is alkaline!
