Took the entire course of probiotics and it did give some help benefits it was not bad taste-wise and it was very easy to use.The probiotics can easily be mixed with other liquid or powder-based products and so far I have noticed good health benefits since I was on themJust follow the instructions which are clear and away you go.

Bloating due to Peri-menopausal. Also have Sleep-apnea.
tried this than regular cheaper yoghurt.. but I badly need help w bloating and digestion. I saw the difference in my sleep lately and this led me to send a good review. I dont usually give a review but it was the good reviews shared here was changes in their bloating and digestion so I tried. So I am giivng back to this community what has helped me. But yeah, it worked for me after 3 days and I am experiencing good sleep.. I also love the packaging. It is a bit pricey and I hope to subscribed to have it at a cheaper price. Best eperience is my sleep is deeper since I have a sleep apnea. That is a great bonus.

One month done
Well I am about to finish my first month of taking this probiotic. So far so good, not sure that I noticed very much for the first couple of weeks. Now I have definitely noticed that my sleep has improved and sleep right through the night. I have also noticed that my stomach doesn't seem as bloated. All good things so far, just off to order some more. Further update to come next month.

easy to swallow
The tablets are easy to take, and the kiwi flavour is subtle and pleasant. They contain both prebiotics and probiotics with Actazin for digestive support. They seemed to help slightly with bloating and improved digestion, but the results were not as noticeable as I had hoped.

Great product
Great product! I'd highly recommend!I have been taking probiotics for a very long time, eating yoghurt etc and I recently decided to try something more premium. I liked this because it's a UK company, I found them outside of Amazon and they convinced me to try. I've been using it for a few weeks and I've been very happy with it. It does what it says. Thank you!

These are great!
Great product. I have started a veggie based diet and usually I get bloated in the first few days but this helped with my bloating. I also started feeling stronger and more alert. I'd totally recommend.

Not noticed any difference
I have been taking these for a couple of weeks and have to say that I do not feel any different and therefore have to question the value of these.Your mileage may vary, but these do not appear to work for me.
