These honey sticks have a very good flavor. We usually buy raw honey from a local farmer and these sticks actually taste close to the same flavor. We use them for traveling. They are easy to pack into carry on luggage or a purse for use in tea at the airport, on the plane, and in the hotel room. They would work well for camping too as you could dispose of the open stick in the trash and not have a container of honey attracting animals. We found it is even easier to squeeze the honey out if you rest the stick in the cup of hot water/tea first, then open it when the honey is warmed. The stick (provided you keep it clean) serves as a stir stick as well. These would also work great for taking tea and honey to work or school to treat a cold.

This is the best honey I have ever tasted! Our household are big fans of honey and have eaten different brands and kinds for years. These convenient honey sticks not only taste wonderful, not too strong or heavy tasting, but are such a treat to carry along in purses or backpacks or just have them handy at home. Sticks are easy to open and one is perfect for a slice of toast or plain bread. I am going to reorder and give as gifts in addition to keeping a couple of packages in the pantry.

I was looking for a sweetener to add to my tea during my trip and I came across honey stix. I never knew honey came in sticks so I was intrigued. I decided to buy them based on the fact that they are individually packaged. I don't have much of a gripe with the product. It's very clean, neat and can be stored easily in a bag. The plastic around the honey itself it very tough so it wouldn't be prone to a puncture hazard. I actually bent the stick completely 180 and the plastic bounced back to its original shape which was surprisingly tough. When it comes to taste, I'm by no means a honey connoisseur but as an average consumer I think it was really tasty.My con would have to be the plastic the honey is packaged in. I understand that it has to be preserved and in the case of a stick it has to have an airtight seal along with having to be resistant to punctures, bends, cutting or what have you. I think the toughness is a bit much because I have to use scissors to cut it open and unless there's something I don't know that's how I have to open it.Great overall product!

The honey taste is very rich and you can tell that it is real honey and none of that corn syrup garbage at the supermarket. The price is generous for the amount of sticks that you get and you get a lot. One of the better purchases that I have made on Amazon and one that you should make too.

Absolutely delicious

We have sort of 'mini kitchen' in the den so we don't have to wake up anyone else in the house if we want an early morning or midnight snack. However this end of the house is kept more cool than the rest and jars of honey would crystallize once opened. These honey sticks solved that problem. You only open what you use.I read the negative reviews and some hated the taste. Bees make honey that tastes differently at different times of the year, depending on what flowers are available. The batch we got is excellent. I'm not sure how others open the straws of honey, but I have to snip off the end with scissors -- and then rinse the scissors under hot water so they won't be sticky. That is the only negative. The taste is good; good value for the money; no crystallization.

The taste is great. I bought these honey sticks for traveling & I’m glad I tested them out prior to leaving. Maybe it’s me, however, I had to cut them open which led to stickiness & leakage. Sticks hold 1/2 teaspoon each.
