The pills are easy to swallow and don't have a bad flavor. They are full of antioxidants and grape seed oil is supposed to help protect skin in a number of ways- I had no idea of all of the benifits but now that I know I will definitely be continuing to take these supplements.

However, after completing the entire bottle, I didn't see any improvement in skin elasticity, collagen formation, or antioxidant protection. Perhaps it's a product that requires long-term use to see results.

The capsules themselves are easy to swallow and have no strange taste. This is a nice and easy way to supplement antioxidants if your diet does not provide them as much. With 30 capsules, the price is a bit steep.
