So far so good it does what it needs to do. It’s very easy to use, and I love the fact that you could pour water in it from the top.

This steamer is basically my home spa hookup. I had my husband put it together because I never follow instructions, and honestly, that was the right call. It works great, and the steam is legit. It definitely feels more like something you’d find in a salon, which I’m not mad about. If you want that “I’m totally a professional” vibe without leaving your house, this one’s it.(Will update if it starts throwing a tantrum mid-facial.)

This a good steamer , I use it for my facials at work and it does a great job but you have to make sure the water canister is in just right or it will steam out of it instead of the nozzle.

It’s a stable weight and well balanced machine, reservoir holds the typical quart+ of water. More than enough for one client at a time but there is a need to refill between appointments.Its overall construction and materials are good, the Steam output is strong with no spitting or dripping. The Ozone option switch delivers immediately without any issue, adding its supercharged skin cleansing option.Overall, I’m super happy with this compact powerhouse steamer. I do wish the five foot power cord was a touch longer.

Using steam to help with winter issues with skin and breathing. I was hoping this one would solve my issues, but I do find myself going back to a more compact steamer than trying to roll this around my house and fit it in smaller spaces. Functionality, it works fine, but I feel like it would get better use in a small salon or spa where there's enough space. Also be careful rolling it over carpets. A sink attachment might be nice too, rather than having to fill the canister every time.

It was well packaged and for a change came with easy to understand instructions. It's large and cumbersome and takes up a lot of room, so know that. But it does a great job for home facials. If you have the space, it's definitely worth it!

I want to first say how incredibly convenient it is to have your own standing facial steamer at home--and at such a reasonable price point, to boot. However, I found that the provided installation instructions did not match up the actual "installation" price. The item arrives with some parts already assembled, leading to confusion over the illustrated steps, and this confusion was further compounded by the fact that the item was missing the caps meant to cover the openings on top of the poles. I had to have a replacement item sent to me to realize that the caps were merely decorative, and that issues I had with installing the wheels with the first set was more tolerance issues than anything else. If you can overlook the issues I described above you might find that the item otherwise works well.
