It fixed my parent’s cooker
The hob cooling fan was stuck permanently on - so either the thermostats had gone duff or the contact in the grill switch had got stuck on. A quick check showed the contacts had welded together so I ordered this new switch unit, fitted it to the oven, and everything is fine again - happy parents 😁

Seems to work, but looks pre-used - ???? - and turns out to be wrong item!
Arrived in good time, but it has every appearance of being second-hand, with scuff marks and stains, and scratches on the connectors. Can't be bothered sending it back unless it fails when I fit it, but if the suppliers are selling pre-used stuff as new, that would not be good at all.I'd like to see them respond, and either deny this, or change their advert to indicate that the items have previously been used.UPDATE: on closer examination, the part is stamped with a different number - in order words, it is completely the wrong item! Have asked for a refund.
