260 lbs. 5'5 Size 22 or sometimes 24 in pants.. Capital B shaped belly/apron belly... Purchased this in a 3XL. Love the way this fits that I went ahead and ordered 2 more same size. I usually do not review items.. But in case any of you are wondering if this is any good... It is!! I am a big women, big thighs, big double stomach... This has amazing stretching, sucks me in perfectly (top and bottom) without "cutting off my circulation" and very comfortable!! My B stomach becomes 1 flat... ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! This is a raw and VERY HONEST review.. NOT getting paid to write any of this either. I am VERY happy with this purchase. Wish I had found this sooner... But now that I did, I ordered two more just to have them secured... All the good things somehow vanish and stop being sold.. Buy this.. You won't regret it.. I know I didn't...
