Subaru 2018-2023 Crosstrek Roof Rack Cross Bar Set Aero E361SFL400

Installed these a few days ago. I love the way they fit, plus they look good. I plan to just leave them on. Installation was easy enough. The special screw driver that's needed to take the bars off and on is included, plus I watched a couple of short how-to videos on YouTube. Went through an automatic car wash (the kind with brushes) with the bars on and had no issues. The metal is aluminum so they shouldn't rust. So far I don't get any wind noise from them with the windows up and sunroof closed. I do hear some extra wind noise (no whistling thank goodness) with the sunroof vented open, at 40+ MPH, but it's tolerable in my opinion. If I get around to it I might try placing the front bar a little farther back. I've heard that's supposed to reduce or even eliminate any wind noise. Keep in mind these bars have a 150 lb weight limit, so if you need crossbars for heavier gear you will need to get stronger ones (Thule, Yakima, etc.).For reference my vehicle is a 2023 Crosstrek Limited.

I had purchased an aftermarket set of crossbars even before I got my 22 Crosstrek because they were significantly cheaper. But as soon as I put them on, I took them off, returned them, and ordered these. They just didn’t clamp on to the rails cleanly. These, however, are perfect. Easy to install (no adjustments, clear directions) and they fit precisely. This is a situation where the OEM is worth the extra money.

Easy to install and perfectly fit on my crosstrek 2021. I've tried other crossbars that claimed to fit on my car, but there were gaps near the bottom surface. For this oem product, the connection is very snuggle as you can see in the pictures. It's cheaper than you buy from the dealer. Good price, easy installation, high quality, perfectly fit, I can't ask more.

Looks good but I’m wondering about long term durability. Compared to a Thule crossbar for carrying a bike, I’d go with the Thule for strength and durability. I have a single bike carrier, Thule, that I put on the Subaru crossbar and the fit was a little strange. I had to fabricate a snugger to get it solid. Also the way they’re built allows for a bit of movement once installed. If you want solid take the movement into consideration. It can take some boards, plywood, etc., with no major problem. They are streamlined so the don’t whistle.

I figured since this was a Subaru product it would be a piece of cake. Installation literally takes about 5 minutes. Read the instructions: The front crossbar is slightly longer than the back, (which is plainly stated in the instructions!) of course I never read instructions so AT FIRST thought they didn’t fit. Super heavy duty-you could carry a horse on these bars! Ok maybe some very heavy luggage! Highly recommend!

Great bars, they seem very sturdy. Installation was pretty reasonable, though a little tricky to get the clamp aligned. Not a big problem, just needs to be checked while you're tightening down. It fit my 2020 Crosstrek perfectly.

These are real Subaru parts...that's a plus in my book. Easy to install comes with a tool to adjust the rack. Very very happy with this purchase.
