Worth the cost!
Good hoop steps. Took my dad and I less than two hours to put them on my farm truck (while in the ice and cold). Didn’t need much in the way of tools, but they didn’t line up perfectly as my trucks previous owner had drilled some holes in the metal so I had to drill in other spots. If you’ve put together much of anything with kits, this really isn’t rocket science. Comes with good bolts for it too. They’re pretty sturdy for what they are and don’t have much give. For the price, they are well worth it. I put them on so my 85 year old grandfather could come out to work and watch me, and in the hopes that In winter there’s something with more grip than the slippery plastic inside the door so I won’t just slide under my truck on the ice (it’s happened). The grip has already helped in the mud. My grandfather loves them in comparison to the runners he has on his expedition. These hoops have already taken a slide out in the ice, a lot of mudding, and plenty of gravel thrown up at them and no issues so far!

Awesome product
I am not the most automotive or metal working savvy person on the block, but these were a cake walk to install. My truck height vs my height left me at the awkward phase of entry, so I needed a step and the full rails were running between $600 and $1K. That was too much. I looked and these and decided to give them a try. The directions were not exactly perfect (the only mark less than 5 stars I gave) but, once I figured it out, the rest went in without a hiccup. There are sturdy enough to hold my bulk and the kids have a way easier time getting in the truck. Only drawback is that my puppy still hasn’t figured them out yet but I’ll get her there.Great product, highly recommend if your looking to save a lot of money over the full body rails!

Does Customer Service Even Exist
These steps are great, I found the installation to be really easy, loved the low profile and it was a great price for 4. However, customer service is non existent and the quality sucks. I have not even owned these a year and paint is flaking off. E-mailed customer service three times no reply and good luck finding a phone number.I could also not find warranty information. I work hard for my money and hate wasting it.A product meant to be on the outside of a vehicle, low to the ground should not have paint that flakes off so easily. What at first made my truck look good now makes it look like a junker.

Decent
The steps are decent, the instructions are kinda bad. The measurements in the instructions are way off. But the diagrams are good. Wish they came with more pre drilled holes for mounting instead of having to drill your own. Also recommend buying better sheet metal screws. And wish the spacers for my mounting way were a little more heavy-duty than they are. So far they look good and work. Only time will tell.

Easy install, all four went on less than an hour
These were better than expected. Very sturdy and easy install. For F150 (10th Gen) you don't need any of the hardware other than bolts. They offer lots of extra bolts, about twice the amount you need. They are very strong. I'm a large man and it holds my weight perfectly. I installed to assist my mother in getting into my truck. She should have no problem.Yes, I installed the bolts backwards (with shaft sticking down towards step) Due to arthritis in my hands this was an easier method and after touching up the bolts with black paint you don't notice them. Installed "correctly" you wouldn't notice them.Overall they were larger than expected and much sturdier than expected for how light weight they are. I would recommend the steps.

Meh at best.
for a 2019 Ram Power Wagon. had to prep the step by drilling a holes in each step per the directions given. took them outside and drilled two holes per each step for a bolt and stand off sleeve. NOTE: there aren't any lock washers or locktite in the kit. the two rear doors, per instructions, had to bend the flange of the truck back a little to make them fit. added some putty to each drilled hole in the sheet metal to help prevent them rusting out later ... this is a Power Wagon... added a washer to the bolt of each screw and a lock washer to the nut. And the they included philips head screws to mount the top of the steps into the frame ( more drilling). I replaced these with Torx so I could use a hex head bit and let them drill themselves in to the frame. Again both rears look OK. front doors - a whole different story. passenger side front had to get a longer bolts, as the flange here cannot be bent very much, and the bolt isn't long enough to add a bolt; with or without a washer or lock-washer. Also the drive shaft is right there so there is very little room to put in the additional top screws into the frame. drivers door looks a mess. there is a double channel here that i didn't find on the other doors. so it is mounted exactly like the passenger side with longer bolts ... it just sits at an angle and looks odd. i got these steps since they sit lower down than nerf bars or running boards, as the drop from the door to the ground is 14" and my wife is only 5'-1" and that's a helluva step for her. Also they do not stick out past the door sill, so are hard to see on the way out. and afterwards, I put a little gloss black Krylon on the bolts to hide them and put a little more rust prevention on those areas.TLDR, had to add washers, lock washers, new bolts for the front doors, torx to make things easier and some touch up spray paint to hide the shiny hardware that came in the box.

Not a bad alternative to a larger/longer step
Pretty good quality and simple to install, at least on a 2011 Dodge Mega Cab. They surely do help with entry but because they do not protrude very far from the cab they are mostly useless to help with exit, but that wasn’t a real concern for me. Overall I’m satisfied. I just hope the black finish lasts.

Made well but will not fit a jeep gladiator
Took a a chance and did not work for me. They are well name, look nice and are sturdy. Not compatible with my truck but in all fairness description did not say it will. Took a gamble. Sent vack with Anazon prime for full refund
