Words simply cannot do justice to this bible it is that good. All I can say...... just buy it!

Quite an excellent Bible with probably the smallest font size among all 46 Bibles I own presently .Having said that guess it be harder to make this Wide Margin much larger typeface.Would have been nice to have extra and wider ribbons

This Bible is very well made and it really beautiful. Easy to read and study with. The wide margins make it easy to write study notes.

I have a number of different version Bible’s from NIV, NKJV, ESV, MacArthur Study Bible etc. but I needed a new wide margin bible for note taking and to use when preaching as my 25 year old NKJV was beginning to fall apart and it was getting to the point that when I was preaching, pages where falling out.I have always liked the ESV version and I bought this wide margin one off the back of previous reviews and I am not disappointed at all. The quality of the paper is excellent. I like to mark in different coloured pen and although the paper is nice and thin, the pen does not show up on the other side of the paper. The margins are nice and wide for plenty of notes and there are also plenty of easy to follow scriptural guides, giving the Greek or Hebrew or further scriptural reference, without being intrusive.At the back of the Bible there are a number of blank pages for note taking, a very good concordance and the maps are of good detailFinally the leather is of the highest standard and will undoubtedly handle many years of being shipped around in my brief case, back and forth to Church and in and out of suitcases when I travel.If you are looking for a wide margin, easy to read and follow Bible, this is the one for you. Do not be put off by the price, it is worth every penny.

I managed to get this bible off of ebay for half the price it's listed here, and I still think that the current price is a bit steep. That being said it is far and away the nicest bible I have ever had the pleasure of holding. The goatskin cover is made of one solid piece of leather, with a small seam around the edge where it folds over onto itself. The weight of the paper is perfect, not too heavy and not too light, and the margins allow for lots of note taking (though you do have to write your notes very small). The only drawback is the hesitance is the care you have to take when making your notes, after all, who wants to make a spelling mistake in such a beautiful book?

Overall I expected a good quality bible that I could use for my theology work, and which would last me a lifetime, but I did not get that. The paper is extremely thin and will be difficult to annotate. The cover is unremarkable. All in all very disappointing.
