This has to be the best tasting Turkish delight

They were good. I have never tried any other Turkish Delight, so I don't have any reference to compare them to other than what we see in the Chronicles of Narnia. In those regards, they were not as expected. They seemed much smaller and firmer, very sweet, not at all sour, but still overall quite tasty.

This is the nastiest candy I have ever had in my mouth. What a waste of money, and of course no refunds are available on this.I love Turkish Delight but this is so gross. I literally spit it out. And that’s saying something.I really was looking forward to this, too. I waited a long time (years) to buy it and finally took the plunge and treated myself.I wish I could leave zero stars. If you like candy that tastes like flowers then this is the candy for you!! I personally don’t. It is so gross.

The flavor of this candy was okay. I'm not sure I detected that much of a cherry flavor, but it was sweet and satisfying. The texture could be improved. Maybe I got a box that's been sitting around for a while, but turkish delight is supposed to be very soft; the texture of this candy was fairly firm. Overall it was good, but I've had better.

Good but not my favorite compared to the Turkish delights like in Narnia. The apple and apricot cotlets are the best, with or without nuts. The powdered sugar and just the freshness of those are hard to beat. These were a little pricey for the value.

We decided to try some other candies that are similar to Liberty Orchards. These Hazer Baba candies did not compare. They're supposed to be "sour cherry" and "blackberry" flavored, but I could not taste either flavor. Overall, the candies are mildly sweet, with a soft and chewy texture (softer than gummy worms), but they don't taste like much other than jellied corn starch with maybe a tiny hint of cinnamon and cloves.

These beat all the candy they inspired. If you like gum drops or gummis, give the founders a try. Comes wrapped in wax paper, making it easy to store anywhere in any environment. Great flavors and convenient cleanup. Great buy!

I've gotten these three times now, I'm addicted to them! They're usually very soft and chewy and they don't stick to your teeth. The powdered sugar is everywhere but it's not a strong taste. They're very sweet and there isn't much of a difference in taste between the cherry and black berry, just barely enough to notice. My last box was a little tough but they were still very good. I wish I could buy these locally since I'm pretty sure this may be a reoccurring purchase!
