Workstation Quality at a Cheap Price
AMD Radeon is the standard for workstations. It is the video card for designing graphics and rendering images. Unfortunately, the product is not the ultimate for gaming. For normal operations like surfing the Web and normal operations, it is an "over kill.".The price is high, because the consumer is getting "workstation quality and performance." They retail for hundreds. On the other hand, USED models are cheap on Amazon and auction websites. It is a common practice for data centers and businesses to retire their workstations after five years. They avoid paying disposal fees by "giving them away" to recycling companies, who dismantle them for used parts..These components are high grade, some under military specifications. So the expected life span is between 5-to 8 years. Doing the math, USED units have three years of remaining life..The USED market is flooded with workstation parts. As a result, a 2GB AMD Radeon sells for $30 to $40 from third party vendors on Amazon. Sometimes, there are great deals. I was able to purchase four for $75. Together, they should function for the next 12 years.

Good, cheap video upgrade for general purpose PC built in 2009
This used video adapter was bought recently to replace a 500 MB GeForce 8500 GT in a Gigabyte GA-MA785GM-US2H, Athlon II X2 3GHz, 4x2GB DDR2 system I put together in Summer of 2009. It was in good, clean condition, but did not include any drivers or printed information. Since it was going into an ATX build, I had to remove the low rise mounting bracket meant for the SFF Dell the 7570 was previously installed in, which was easily done. Physical installation was easy, as was automatic identification of the card and download and installation of Windows 10 drivers and accessory software from the AMD support website. I find the video quality via a DP to HDMI cable is superior to the previous DVI connection with the 8500 GT, and very satisfactory for the sort of GP use and visually undemanding games I play. I am well satisfied with the purchase.

Did not work with Dell Optiplex 7010 Windows 10
I went back and forth with the seller over the fact that AMD clearly states on their site that it is not fully support in Windows 10. I returned the video card but was never reimbursed. I recommend that you check the website of the manufacture before buying used electronics. I'm giving it one star because it did work in a degraded 800x600 mode has specified at the manufacturing website.

Low profile and good
I got this graphics card because my desktop is a form factor and can't fit bigger cards. I know this is a very old card but it was an upgrade to the integrated graphics that my desktop had originally. It came packaged well and works perfectly.

too late to think about this device
If you are reading this then either you have an ancient computer or you have no computer sense. This worked fine 5 years ago but now it is a buggy whip. get a new computer and not a this video card
