1 tea bag is a serving. There's 1.5g in 1 tea bag which is 1,500 milligrams. It's all on the back under nutrition facts at least in my boxes (minus the conversion to milligrams)

Q: Valerian root is a stinky herb! - how bad is the taste? - is there something to add to improve?

You get used to the smell, but if it bothers you that bad, you probably shouldn't get it. Ways to improve the taste: add a drop or so vanilla or peppermint extract. Soak the tea bag in honey or your sweeter of choice and lemon, before adding hot water.

Q: I tried it last night, how many bags do I have to use or do I have to let it build up in my system? I didn't sleep any better than any other night.

Hello Nancy,It usually takes a little bit before you start feeling the benefits, we recommend drinking 2 tea bags a day 5 days a week and by the 2nd week you will start feeling the benefits kicking in.
