It's 400mg per serving. Serving size is 3 pills.

Q: Does now products own by nestle now? i heard that nestle company only cares about earning money and does not care about people's health.

Q: Has anyone tried the Softgel version? Are they larger than fish oil pills?

I use the softgels when I go on vacation. They are no larger than fish oil pills. I find I need to take 500 mg a day to keep me regular. So I need to take 4 -5 softgels a day. It is less expensive to use the powder. I put a heaping tsp. in a mug of lemon water in the morning when I first get up and usually within an hour of drinking it, I am cleansed! I've been doing this for over 10 years now. It works for me! I have only used the NOW brand because I feel they are a reputable company that produces a quality product.

Q: Is this hard or easy to swallow?

They are fairly easy to swallow. They're a large softgell, but swallowed with a big gulp of water to push it down, they'll go down. It's a matter of technique.
