Q: Can I use this product on all metal contacts along with the back of the brake pad? It states to use another product for metal on metal contact.

No. Use brake grease for all other metal surfaces.

Q: On the back of the brake pad there is a metal sheet/bracket whatever it's called, is it going to apply it on that metal? Not quite sure how to do.

Apply the Disc Brake Quiet onto the metal sheet if it firmly attached to the pad but only where it contacts the piston or the caliper.

Q: What if I did not wait the 10 minutes to let the substance dry before reinstalling?

I didn't wait 10 minutes. I just put the stuff on and assembled. Not a single and I mean NOT A SINGLE squeak since I did it and that was many months ago. Buy it. You won't regret it. The one time I didn't use this or something like it I regretted it(cause the guy at advance auto said they won't squeak- they squeaked).
