Q: Can you use this more than once? As in, once you open the product, can you store it for a later use?

Yes I get 3 uses per box. Only mix up what you need, don't mix it all and then try to save the leftover mixed product

Q: Is this product sulphate free?

No, it has P-methylaminophenol sulfate, sodium metabisulfite.

Q: How long do you have to leave it on?

You leave it on for about 30 minutes. I love it. It covers the grey very well. BTW, the color comes out darker than it looks. I get Light Chestnut Brown and it comes out a nice rich darkish brown. What's also great about it is that you can save half of it for a later time if all you need to do is touch up your roots.
