Q: Is this a knock off of a Husqvarna 450?

It runs like a husq I think it has the more power in my opinion but it’s a great saw for the money

Q: Can you purchase a ripping chain for this?

It is good for crosscuts, I wouldnt try milling, if thats what your thinking. The chainsize is kinda weird, only place I could find chains for it, was tractor supply. Couldnt find any rippers, had to buy a skip tooth and file to 10degrees.

Q: Didnt come with tbe 20 inch chain? And the earmuffs were broken. How do I contact the seller?

First go get a different chain and the ear pro is junk mine broke as skinny as I put them on

Q: Where do I get a 20 inch replacement chain? or what manufacturer chain will work for this I do not have owners manual anymore?

Your local building supply store snd it just has to be 3/8 P 050G but if you have to ask this please be careful when using a chainsaw it is a dangerous task.
