Q: How do i open it. i may be slow but i just can't find the magic way to open it. thanks

I couldn't open it either until a nice person on Amazon.com told me to PRESS on it, not to try to pry it open like a compact. It works. Just press firmly, just to the right of the mirror.

Q: Does Great Hair Day damage or clog existing hair follicles? Should it be washed out every day?

I have never had clogged or damaged hair from this product. And there has been times I don't wash my hair everyday and it still looks great v

Q: In the ingredient list it states "Fragrance" is there any smell to this at all? I get headaches

For me, it had a very strong fragrance that gave me a headache. I can't use it though the color was just what I wanted. Very disappointed.

I have light/medium brown hair. Blonde works well for me. The color is a lighter shade of brown. I love it.
