New 7x10 Laundry Clothes Chute Door - (Also 9x12 Available) Wall Opening (See Description for Overall Size)

Exact fit replacement for my 65+ year old laundry chute door. Actually, the metal on it is heavier than what it replaced. Mounting it was as simple as removing the old screws and door and placing the new door in the wall and using the same screws to mount it. Good and solid. Only complaint was the price was pretty steep.

This is expensive but definitely worth buying instead of trying to refab the old one. Fit perfect feels quality. Stuck a little stopper on the knob to prevent it from smacking into the wall. Very happy with this purchase.

Even though this laundry chute door was a little pricey, it fit the opening perfectly in my bathroom and it’s such an improvement over the original 50 year old one. It looks great! I’m very happy with it & I received it much faster than expected.

I recently purchased this since we did a full bathroom remodel. However I don't see why it is priced the way it is. Good quality but nothing out of the ordinary. If I didn't have such an odd size I would have tried to purchase elsewhere because of pricing.

Thick Guage steel that has been cut and assembled perfectly. Not only is there a very high quality powder coat paint used, there is a porcelain ceramic knob to top it off. You get your money's worth here folks. 5+ Stars

When we moved into our house 20 years ago, this same door was in place only the chute is horizontal. I know this is going to rust badly with age due to the heat in the bath so am going to paint it at some point, unless the product has been updated in 20 years. I truly did not want to purchase this at such an outrageous price since I know it is going to need upkeep. However, there is nothing else out there to take the place of this item so I had to do so especially since I had the bath totally redone and wanted it to look nice. It does look beautiful with the white wainscotting.
