What a fabulous travel umbrella. I love the blue color outside (most of them are black) and its wonderful to have the pretty flowers for me to look at while walking in the rain.Note: the umbrella will only lock in its open position when you press the button and allow it to spring open and lock on its own. If you try to open it yourself, it will not lock.

I'm really pleased with this umbrella. It's not what I would call light-weight. It's actually pretty sturdy and heavy but I love it.

I just got this umbrella today, very timely as we're about to start a predicted week of rain. It's as pretty as I thought it would be. It's a nice blue color on the top and floral on the underside. It opens and closes with the button easily, the velcro strap to close it is thicker than usual. It seems sturdy. The fabric is a type of vinyl, not the usual type of fabric you expect on the umbrella. One star marked off because of the ugly smell of the vinyl. I have it open and airing out in the garage right now, I hope the bad odor dissipates.

A little heavier than your standard compact, but appears to be made of strong materials and I am hopeful for a longer life than some of the flimsy lightweight ones I have had. Before getting this I tried a larger "Vortex" one (not compact) and was shocked when it just fell apart on my second use! This one has already survived the wind and rain of San Francisco. Very good design and closes easily, high quality canopy material that is very water resistant.

The material is a little thicker than most umbrella material but it’s still lightweight fits in my purse and very pretty Flower pattern inside and solid blue on the outside.

This is the 1st time I’ve ever had both an automatic open/close umbrella and I really like it. First of all, it’s made well, it’s not too heavy and I like the inside design. It’s easier to open which I expected but it’s not hard to close either. It’s a good value.

This umbrella has a strong, unpleasant smell. It is made of a plastic-like material and is not the same quality I’ve come to expect from Totes.

This umbrella is not made for rainy weather,it's a bit small. However it might be ideal for the summer sun. It is quite study and the colours are really pretty.
