25mm (1") Water Butt/rain Barrel/Storage Tank Overflow Pipe,Flexible Reinforced downpipe

Its a good quality barbed hose, does what it says and the measurement are true - just wish i'd measured my bored size on the water butt and downpipe as mine are a lot smaller than this, and sadly this type of hose isn't that great squished up with hose clamps as its impossible to get a good seal.Not any fault of the pipe itself as if i had bought the correct size i'm sure it would've been a nice push fit and done the job of the ribbed sections of pipe connector it was joining.

Good product. Bit tight for 1” fittings

I measured my water tank spigot to be 25mm and bought this. It fits, but it was extremely tight and required a lot of effort. Assuming 25mm/1" is a standard size, I think most people might find it a bit tight. It's a good quality pipe though and looks very durable. Comes with two clips, but no need to use those as the friction fit is so tight. Good product.

Unfortunately I think that the diameter stated 25mm, is the external diameter and not the internal. I needed to connect two large water butts and the pipe was fractionally too small for their outlets. Lesson learned. Nothing wrong with product, service or delivery

LIke several others who have reviewed this item, it proved too small. I should have taken those on board! Instead I was taken in by the image of the digital callipers showing 25mm. When it arrived it would not fir the water butt outlet- I then measured it with a similar pair of callipers {which in the past i have found to be v. accurate} and realised that the internal diameter was actually 24mm !!I hope that the seller is reading these reviews.
