To be honest this is the best bcaa I've ever tasted. Green apple is a great flavour. It keeps me going during my workout and helps me tremendously with muscle soreness. The delivery was super fast, I got it the next day. It's a must have!

Product is amazing and will definately help during workouts in muscle fatigue/recovery. The taste will take a little time to get used to tho.

Wish I could have given negative ranking for flavour of this product. I had bought the same flavour several times in the past, but this one does not has any flavour. Not sure if they are selling the real or original product. Please purchase with caution. This was a complete waste of money as I had to throw away the entire box.

Xtend is a BCAA intra workout catalyst i.e to be sipped in between workout. I notice a better recovery with this product and it helps to reduce the muscle soreness. I love the taste, Scivation does a great job with their flavorings and Green Apple did not disappoint. Great taste but could not feel much energy during workouts.

Flavour is not that good, tastes little bit like apple but leaves a weird taste in mouth.
