Better than the oem came with my musica lux

MAYBE not for the gaggia
Ok so I have a Gaggia Classic I bought for cheap (an older model) this absolutely did not fit in it at all but luckily with a dremel, a hand file, and some sand paper I got it to fit pretty well! Everything else about it is completely fine. Basket fits well in the portafilter and once I sized everything up fits perfectly in the group. Definitely worth the little it of extra effort I stead of returning it and maybe having the same issues lol

Frustrating
The insert comes out too easily. When removing espresso into a knock box, it frequently comes apart. Very frustrating

Acceptable product but poor customer service
Product was okay and delivered in minimum packaging. Return shipping was disportional to item cost, about a 20% charge.
