Definitely worth it.
I was a bit skeptical about the build quality of this before receiving it but can confirm that it's solid. It's easy to put together and built really well. It can be configured for US or Euro screws depending on your preference. It's also nice that it's on wheels when you wanna get to the back of your gear you can just spin it around. It's well ventilated and all my gear fit in it perfectly. Someone in another comment said that the screws didn't line up but I didn't run into that issue. It also comes with everything you need to assemble it as well as both US and Euro screws so there's no need to buy extra screws. I highly recommend this and it's more affordable than other racks I've seen that accomplish the same thing. 10/10

A bargain
Very solid and professional looking. All parts (casters, screws, rails) good quality. No assembly instructions but it's not rocket science, took about 30 minutes to put together. The rear rails were the icing on the cake, nice to have those power strips in the back instead of wasting front rack space. The rails come with 2 different size holes so you can flip the rails to configure which you want to use, I used the larger in front and the smaller in back. I went with the Samson rather than other similar looking brands due to reviews stating problems with bad screw hole threads, crappy screws and misaligned assembly holes. No problems with the Samson, everything lines up perfect and the threads and screws are fine. Would recommend.

Very good rack for the price - about as good as you'll get in a knock-down design
Really nice value and honestly about as good as you can get for a knock-down rack. Supporting both SAE and Metric rack screws is a nice touch. Assembly was easy, and if you pay attention to detail the rack is very sturdy before mounting any equipment, and gets even better once you mount a few pieces. My #1 advice is use this as designed, which is a roll around studio rack. DO NOT mistake it for any sort of road or touring rack. Use it as designed and you'll be happy. Castors seem nice, and 2 have locks. If you choose to not use the castors (I didn't) there is still ample space at the bottom of the rack so the piece of equipment mounted in the bottom won't be right on the floor.

Studry And Good Value
I have dealt with racks and professional audio equipment all of my life. Although I was a bit dubious about one that had to be assembled, with a few tricks, the Samson SRK16 has proven to be sturdy and reliable. Two things mentioned in other reviews are worth repeating. First, as in all racks of this type, the equipment plays a major factor in the sturdiness of the unit, although, when assembled, it should feel firm and ridged. Second, do not tighten the screws until the unit is fully assembled. This will ease construction and give you a chance to make sure the unit is square. A word about tightening the screws: I use Blue Locktite as an added precaution. DO NOT USE RED LOCKTITE. The procedure is as follows: Assemble the unit following the instructions, without tightening the screws. When done, make sure everything is in place and as should be, checking for unit squareness, front to back, and side to side. Tighten all screws. Then, ONE BY ONE, starting at the bottom and working your way outward, loosen a screw (it is not necessary to remove them) place a drop of Blue Locktite on the threads, and then tighten securely. Move to the top screws and do the same. Then go back and check all screws. Be careful not to over-tighten. The screwdriver provided or a standard length number two Phillips driver will give you all the torque you need. The Locktite should harden in about 30 minutes. If down the line you need to remove the screws, make sure you use the proper size driver and take your time. It will take a little force to break the Locktite loose. DO NOT USE A POWER DRIVER.A quick note on the unit and assembly instructions. The instructions say the USA or 10MM screw side has knockouts for identification. My unit did not. Not a big deal, just use the provided screws to identify the screw sizes. Also, it was stated that the side rails would screw into the side panels. Again, this was not the case. And again, no big deal. But... the side rails come with the top mounting screws installed, at least my 16 rack unit did. Be sure to remove the screws before installing the side rails. Also, it was mentioned in another review that the included blank panel can be mounted in the back towards the center, to give the unit stability. Great tip until you start loading in your equipment. One final note. If you are not sure what size rack you need, go bigger. Once you start, it is amazing how fast a rack can become filled up with equipment.

Good rack for the money but...
Some of the panel corners got bent/damaged during transport however I still was able to put it together. If it wasn't for that I would have given it 5 stars. Some screws such as the left front on the top I couldn't get to fit because of this. While one person can is capable to install this it may take longer. For me it took about 45 minutes. The instructions are technical but are easy once you figure it out.To summarizePros:~ Comes with a lot of screws! Even screws for your gear, no need to purchase extra ones.~ Comes with a Phillips head screw driver it's about the size of your hand but has the right size for the installation so you do not strip the screws.~ The wheel casters are very nice especially if you want to perform some maintenance on your audio chain.~ It does have the same rack on the back so if you want to add a rack mount LED backwards so you can see the inside in lower lighting settings this is a nice touch.~ All sides are steel, very sturdy.Cons:~ No cable management, (not really a big deal)~ Be sure to inspect your item after opening. This is how I discovered the bent corners.~ The rack may look evenly spaced though so far I can only get two screws in for each rack gear, but this may depend on what you have for equipment.Overall I am very happy with this. I have had it for many months and may consider another one after I max out. FYI with the casters it's just under27" in height which was perfect for my set up as I barely had 3/4 of an inch of clearance.
