Glycine is a very cheap amino acid and has many great uses.When you want to do research on a product you sell and want to find out if adding Glycine would be good, this fits that usage well.We did the research, added Glycine to make something "sweeter" without adding carbohydrates.The research involved "taste tests" of the base substance with 5%, 10% and 15% Glycine added. Unfortunately the taste of the combination never changed much.For this research and taste test the Amazon source of Glycine was great.I don't think we will use Glycine for our product, but we did this test with one person over a kitchen counter. We could have given the job to a laboratory for $500 minimum and got no better answer.
