excellent product
the Mac Pro is slick and simplistic to operate with easy functional tools which help it to be fast fulling and user friendly.I have received a free upgrade from one click crazy deals and this extends the warranty for another eighteen months.The operating system is working much quicker and efficient and I am very grateful for the time this company has spend fixing the finger print I’d issues which have been prevalent from since purchase.This model does not switch off correctly but I have been sleeping the screen to save the battery.Tag am one click crazy deals

Touch bar is amazing
The mac came out perfect. State again. I was impressed with the conditions of the equipment. The fact that it has a touch bar is very good when using it. I advise you if you want a mac, buy it with the touch bar, you won't regret it.Incredible product. It looks new.

Screen did not work on arrival, must be returned
The screen doesn't work, didn't even come on. Not even once, disappointed.

Laptop not as described - would avoid in future
To preface my review - I have the same laptop which I have had from new so have a direct comparison.Purchased this as a Christmas present based on the 'excellent' condition - no marks visible from 30cm / battery life etc.Laptop arrived with scratches to the casing (mine has NONE, these laptops are actually pretty hard to ding). Contacted the retailer asking for a partial refund (being so close to Christmas I did not want to risk transport and I would have had to pay to return it despite it being not as described) - after many emails was given £15 towards a case to hide the marks (I had to provide proof of purchase and was accused of screenshotting a random item when it was clearly a receipt!) and was told they were being generous.Having now gifted the laptop to my daughter for Christmas and seen it running:- The fan is NOISY which is a real concern, I've only had this with very old machines in the past.- The air holes along the side of the keyboard - many are blocked with dirt.- The laptop glitches regularly to the point of being unusable.- The battery life - 100% to 8% in under an hour.

Brilliant MacBook but camera isn’t great
I am extremely happy with this purchase, not a mark on it! I had to replace the G key cap on the keyboard as it was stuck down but that’s a very minor issue as it’s easily replaceable. After reading other reviews on MacBooks, this seems to be quite a common. Everything else is perfect!!

Typical Apple Quality
A refurbished MacBook which, so far, seems to do exactly what it is supposed to do. only problem encountered has been with Apple"s Migration Assistant which keeps failing due to an insoluble error code.

Disappointing
At first I loved the laptop. It arrived and looked great worked fine until I noticed a few of the buttons kept sticking which meant I couldn’t enter passwords correctly and was just a general annoyance. I contacted customer service and they advised they would replace it, happy days I thought. So I sent it back for another and the next one was even worse. It was slow and still had keys sticking. Again I had to send it back I thought I would give them another chance so another one arrived. THE SAME ONE WAS SENT BACK TO ME. At that point I was upset at wasting my time and money. Customer service just send automated replies and are not personal at all. Never received a real sorry only to send the laptop back. Thankfully I did receive a full refund quite quickly.
