A word of warning, don’t drill the hole too big. I made that mistake and the expanding bit at the bottom just doesn’t grip and spins round. Once I drilled a smaller hole absolutely brilliant. I’ve used these to bolt down fence post brackets on a brick wall and they’re solid as a rock. Drill a much smaller hole then keep going up a size until they go in but tightly.

Used in a flint wall to secure posts for trellis

It is cheap and smaller than my expectation. Would work in concrete… but not in aerated blocks

It’s much cheaper than everywhere else

My original shipment was lost in the post. The original supplier replaced the missing items. The replacements arrived with damaged packing with a note of apology. Need to thank the supplier for sending the replacement's.The bolts were used to support a framework to hide an oil tank.
