It is what it says, mounts directly into Siemens panels that don't include a ground bar.

It’s is a good item
I think the product is great especially that it has a lug for ground. This product is for simens panels but I tried putting it on a square D panel

Quality product to add ground bar to Siemens cabinet
Compatible with the standard Siemens ground bar and cabinet screw holes.A great addition to provide a second ground bar on the opposite side of the cabinet for simplified wiring.

Used in my Eaton panel
Anything electrical now is pricey. So breaker panel makers somehow think it makes sense to sell panels without grounding bars even though code requires them. Sort of like selling a pickup truck with no side mirrors and making you buy them after the purchase - actually Ford does that, as we bought the heavy tow package but they required you buy tow mirrors separately. One thing of note is that most manufacturers will sell their own grounding bars, but the funny thing is the mounting holes rarely align with the predrilled holes in the box. So just order the bar that works for you and drill the holes were you want the bar. As I recall I think I used an 11/64 drill for the mounting screws, but I could be wrong. Whatever I used worked perfectly. This was the ideal bar for me. And it had the ground lug as well, although it was turned the wrong way for my purposes so I put a different one on that had the opening line up with the bar instead of the included lug that has the opening run perpendicular to the bar. Still, I'm quite happy with my purchase and the price was really good as well.

This unit is a ground or neutral buss and there is no insulation on it.
Strong well made buss bar. Used the buss for a common for B+ and control winding on a bank of ten relays. Had to insulate the entire buss bar and remove the large input clamp. Had no use for the large clamp, which was in my way, so I cut it off. An unused set screw was sufficient for my power requirements.
