Nice quality and heavy duty construction. Had to shim under the mounting plate and bolts to level it out when mounted to a tire carrier bumper combo, my Barricade rear tire carrier to be exacting my 03 Wrangler. Also, as a set their a good price however the right one when mounted will not allow the carrier to fully swing open and hits the corner of the Jeep body and when closed, just barely touches the tailgate hinge which will mar the paint on the tailgate. Modification is needed to mitigate that issue. Drivers side fits fine. Not really a manufacturing defect but just some fitting issues. Again if you don’t mind a set for a good price but may have to do some modification and fitting, their heavy duty and a good can holders.

This product seems to be strong but way too small for my jeep with the Smitty Built XRC Bumper. now I am trying to send it back and I am not sure what they are going to do... I will update with more information when I know more.New update,My return was completed and they didn't charge me for the shipping. I was impressed with the way everything turned out even tho it took along time to get it all figured out and I wasn't able to use the product. I hope this is helpful to others.

So far so good. I mounted it to the Smittybilt XRC swing gate bumper. I mounted both cans initially (it took some patience to get them even) and it looked alright. I really only needed an extra 5gal for my next trip, so I just went with the single in the end. It leaned slightly to one side, but I added some padding under the base on one side to even it out, and now it sits vertical. I have 35 inch tires and I still had PLENTY of room for this mount (single can only). I was able to mount both with the 35’s, but it was a closer fit. Not sure why the description says 33 is the max tire size. Honestly feels like this would work with 37’s, but don’t quote me. Used Harbor Freight Jerry cans and they fit perfectly.As I said, so far so good, but let’s see how it holds up after some trails.

So ... not only did it take two times to try and get a set that wasn't chipped or bent... it never happened... so I kept the set with the least damage and fixed the bends and paint.There is a hole that should have been welded at the vertical which catches water and gets trapped in an area with raw steel. There are multiple area's with untreated raw steal. I SEALED WITH PAINT AND CAULKING.Pic shows where it catches water and breaks..BOTH IN SAME EXACT SPOT...Fast forward a year.. better get a WELDER! THEY BOTH BROKE... SERIOUSLY!! SO if your willing to finish the product and buy a welder...I ONLY TIED CANS DOWN. ONCE!CHEEP STEEL AND VIBRATION..!?!Give em a try...

These are awesome. I hauled two 5 gal jerry cans of water at highway speeds 500 miles roundtrip and these things didn't budge. No shaking or knocking. The straps were absolutely secure. I did cut a small flat piece of rubber to put under each mount on my Smittybilt rear tire carrier just to shim it a little bit. I plan on storing the ratchet straps when I'm not using it so the hot Texas sun does rot them quickly. You get 2 racks for the price of 1 of many of the competitors so this price can't be beat. On the passenger side, I may have to cut off the cb antenna mount so that I can open the tail gate a little wider, but I was able to situate this rack to where I can open it plenty wide to access all of my camping gear in the cargo area.

These things are perfect! Awesome customer service as well! If you need a jerry can mount this is the one. Make sure you spare tire is huge. Mine are 31” and this thing fit perfectly.
