Xezo Incognito Brass Twist Action Medium Ballpoint Pen, Guilloche Enamel in Blue Color with Pure Platinum Plating. Handcrafted and Serialized

I ordered this pen a couple weeks ago, and through a glitch with the post office, I never received it. I contacted Xezo customer service, and they promptly shipped me another pen, which arrived in two days, express mail. Xezo’s customer service was OUTSTANDING in all respects.The pen is everything I expected, and more. It writes flawlessly, with no skips, and very smoothly. The finish is remarkable, almost iridescent. Fit and finish are flawless. The pen has a satisfying weight, and is well balanced in my hand. The clip is substantial, but not too tight, making it easy to slip into a pocket. It comes in a beautiful presentation box, with a converter and four cartridges. There is also a nice manual that explains how to use the converter or the cartridges, and how to clean the pen (also include was a cloth for this purpose). There is a plastic warranty card, covering the pen for three years, which was filled out by hand, specifying the date that the pen was shipped—a neat personal touch.In short, I am very satisfied with this purchase. It certainly writes as good as or better than any fountain pen I’ve ever owned. You just can’t beat the quality for the price.

The pen has a nice solid feel. A very nice weight to it. Not too light and not too heavy. It comes with 2 refills. The cap screws on/off, and stays securely on when posted.Writes very smoothly on paper.

This is an absolutely gorgeous pen, on a par with Diplomat and similar gilloche pens. But writing is like using a nail. It is more of an EEF than a F unless a lot of pressure is applied. (Fortunately, the nib can take the pressure because it is so firm). The plating on the nib has an interesting two-tone "worn" apprearance that contrasts with the silver-tone hardware of the pen. On writing, I'd give a 2 or 3-star rating, but appearance is definitely a 5. With a different nib, it wouid deserve a solid 5 overall.

Love this pen! The color is gorgeous and the pen is well made with substantial weight. (If you don’t like heavy pens, then this is not for you). It came nicely packaged with all of the appropriate paperwork attesting to its limited edition status. I will say, however that I did not choose to use the roller balls included with the pen. I actually purchased a MontBlanc Broadliner Refill (think old school Bic Flair tip) and it works perfectly.While this is not a $10 pen, it is a worthy alternative if you don’t want to mortgage your house for a more expensive brand. Highly recommend!

After a couple weeks, the upper and lower unit became disengaged often, first being able to restore their unity but subsequently unable to attach them at all. Xezo did respond immediately to my encounter and agreed to remit a replacement pen and to pay postage for its return which redeemed my complaints. Amazon also promptly intervened to aid resolution. Thanks to both.

Beautiful Pen; good heft and balance; feels substantially crafted, and writes well. I would recommend this as a gift for most anyone including yourself. One irritant: Refills. There are no aids for procuring refills with the pen itself. I went to the website and could not find what I was looking for. Xezo manufactures a large number of pens, and I have now purchased 3 (1 ballpoint, and 2 Roller Ball), but I've had to go to a specialty pen store to find substitute refills.

Beautiful pen, perfect weight, nicely balanced. It writes beautifully. I also recommend Xezo for their amazing customer service. I didn't realize you have to press the ink converter into the nib section or else it comes loose inside the pen. I got in touch with customer service (directly to company) and within an hour I got a text and an email offering to help. The advice to press it into the nib section worked and I emailed back, and right away got a nice response. That was really impressive! I don't expect everything I order to work perfectly, so knowing that customer service is so helpful makes a real difference when deciding on the brand.

Easy to fill. It comes with a converter. The quality is beyond what I was expecting. This is the 5th fountain pen I have order. By a far margin this is my favorite
