Like! When I lived in Texas I discovered Bluebonnet. I do whatever is necessary to get it now that I live in Arizona. It is a quality product, and anytime I need to be sure I’m getting what the label says I’m getting, Bluebonnet is my go-to brand. As far as the bad smell/taste, that is due to the horsetail. If you buy a hair skin & nail supplement that doesn’t smell horrid, just return it to the store; it won’t do you any good.

I'm an M.D., and often recommend a mixture of supplements for patients who are losing hair due to medications I prescribe.My wife was distressed when her hair started falling out related to a medication she was taking. My usual supplements didn't do the job for her. So we tried this product. It's not terribly cheap, it smells pretty bad (I can smell it when I walk into the bathroom), but her hair came back and both of us think it looks great.Another bonus: this product is Kosher, which is important to us. All I can say is--it works! I am now recommending this to my patients.

I bought this brand because I heard good things about it and needed something to help my brittle splitting nails in the winter. I started taking it for 1-2 wks, 2 pills a day and my nails were long and strong. However, I mysteriously started breaking out on my chin. (I used to have an acne problem there years ago, but hadn't had a breakout in forever) I couldn't figure out why I was breaking out and finally I thought to research the pills. It turns out excess biotin may lead to breakouts, this has 1000 mcg and I was taking it 2 or 3x/day (max should be 2500 mcg/day, I was close to that dosage). Apparently, you can take some zinc or B6 to counteract this negative side effect, but do your research to find the right balance. Not everyone is prone to breakouts from using this I'm sure, but if you have acne prone skin you may be at risk. Too bad, because otherwise it was working well.

These pills work amazingly, creating longer, thicker nails and I'm even noticing allot of new hair growth on my scalp. They taste bad and are rather large, but besides that, they work great. In time, I have gotten use to the taste and it no longer bothers me.

Definitely a great buy on amazon. You’d pay twice the price at a specialty store. Tastes like ass, but seems to be working well for me.

This capsule smells bad but it may be an unavoidable aspect of the components. I believe in this brand and supplements but it’s hard to “detect” efficiency. Like I said, I believe in supplements for health and I hope this one is working to improve immunity.
